5 New Twitter Marketing Tips
Answer IT Ltd are one of the UK's leading providers of social media marketing services. This blog post is designed to give you some additional Twitter marketing tips.
#1 Share Content in your own voice
Many companies make the mistake of posting with a very corporate tone. Why not humanise your posts by posting in the kind of tone that people will associate with your company.
#2 Use Keywords in your Tweets
Make a list of Keywords that best describe or categorise your business. Then try and use some of these in your posts.
#3 Share links to content that your audience might find useful
Look to share shortened links to information that might be of interest to your audience. This can be to external sites that might have new features or news. It is about building trust with your audience and a reason for them to follow you.
#4 Connect or follow the right people
Try to identify 20-30 individuals or businesses that you feel may benefit your business. Also establish who are the companies that you would like to engage with. Tweet with these companies and individuals and build a rapport.
#5 Be helpful
Sometimes you need to show your after-sales skills before people want to be your customer. Help existing customers through Twitter by answering queries and providing support.
